Genealogy After Hours:

Description: Tickets will be available Sept. 1, 2012 for Genealogy After Hours 2012! For a $15 donation to the Friends of the Leesburg Public Library, you will have exclusive access to the collection from 5:30 – 8:30 on the evening of Friday, November 16th. Speaker Jack Butler will present “Making Sense of the Census” with special emphasis on the recently released 1949 census. Library staff and genealogy volunteers will be on hand to assist, and light refreshments will be served. Tickets may be purchased at the Leesburg Public Library, 100 E. Main St., Leesburg, FL 34748, or ordered by mail by sending a check made out for $15 to the Friends of the Leesburg Public Library at the library’s address, attention Carol Anderson, and including a self-addressed stamped envelope.
