1.      A resolution of the City Commission of the City of Leesburg, Florida authorizing the Mayor and City Clerk to execute a lease agreement with Buildtelligence Web Solutions, LLC for the purpose of occupying a City owned building located at 8500 South Highway 441, Leesburg, Florida; and providing an effective date. 2.      A resolution of the City Commission of the City of Leesburg, Florida authorizing the Mayor and City Clerk to execute Amendment No. 1 to Work Order No. 14 with Hanson Professional Services, Inc. related to wetland mitigation and permitting services for the Runway 13/31 Extension Project Taxiway A Extension Phase at Leesburg International Airport; and providing an effective date. B.     A resolution of the City Commission of the City of Leesburg, Florida authorizing the Mayor and City Clerk to execute a Mitigation Credit Purchase and Deposit Agreement with Ecosystems Land Mitigation Bank Corporation d/b/a Lake Louisa Land Trust for wetland mitigation related to the Runway 13/31 Extension Project Taxiway A Extension Phase - Line of Sight and Runway 3 Overrun Safety Area at Leesburg International Airport; and providing an effective date.
