2.      Purchase Requisition #42080 to Superior Asphalt to remove and replace existing curb, saw cutting, and turnouts on 6th Street for $45,257.00. (Agenda Memos, Supporting Docs)

1.      A Resolution of the City Commission of the City of Leesburg, Florida, authorizing the Mayor and City Clerk to execute an agreement for Telecommunications Data Transport  Services with The School Board of Lake County, and providing an effective date. (Agenda Memos, Supporting Docs)

 

2.      Purchase of foreclosed property

 

A.    Resolution of the City Commission of the City of Leesburg, Florida, authorizing the Mayor and City Clerk to approve the purchase of a foreclosed property at 615 W. Oak Terrace Dr. Leesburg, Florida with the NSP funds from Lake County for $38,900.00; and providing an effective date. (Agenda Memos, Supporting Docs)

 

B.     Resolution of the City Commission of the City of Leesburg, Florida, authorizing the Mayor and City Clerk to approve the purchase of a foreclosed property at 1509 Floradel Avenue. 3.      Resolution of the City Commission of the City of Leesburg, Florida, authorizing the Mayor and the City Clerk to execute a Special Warranty Deed to transfer ownership of property at 803 Georgia Ave. Leesburg, Florida, to Rita Brown, the winner of the HUD $1 Home Give-a Way; and providing an effective date.  (Agenda Memos, Supporting Docs)

 

4.      A resolution of the City Commission of the City of Leesburg, Florida authorizing the Mayor and City Clerk to execute a fixed unit price agreement with the Stuart Irby, Co for the purchase of fire retardant uniforms on an as needed basis for the electric department; and providing for an effective date. 5.      A resolution of the City Commission of the City of Leesburg, Florida authorizing the Mayor and City Clerk to execute a fixed unit price agreement with the Allied Universal, Inc. for the purchase of liquid sodium hypochlorite (chlorine) on an as needed basis for the environmental services department; and providing for an effective date. 6.      A resolution of the City Commission of the City of Leesburg, Florida, authorizing the Mayor and City Clerk to execute the First amendment to the agreement with Florida Lambda Rail, LLC, to authorize the City to utilize it's fiber optic connection to Florida Lambda Rail as a "Network Aggregator" for municipal agencies in Lake County, and providing an effective date. 7.      A Resolution of the City Commission of the City of Leesburg, Florida authorizing the Mayor and City Clerk to execute Task Order Number 6 to Jones Edmunds and Associates for JPA Support Services to complete JPA documents associated with the Perkins to Griffin Water Line Project for $75,000 and providing an effective date. A.    A resolution of the City Commission of the City of Leesburg, Florida authorizing the Mayor and City Clerk to execute a First Amendment to an agreement with Kimley-Horn and Associates, Inc. renewing and extending a previous agreement for traffic management and intersection design professional services; and providing an effective date. B.     A resolution of the City Commission of the City of Leesburg, Florida authorizing the Mayor and City Clerk to execute Task Order Number 1 with Kimley-Horn and Associates, Inc. to provide engineering and design services to upgrade three intersections along Highway 27; and providing an effective date. 9.      A Resolution of the City Commission of the City of Leesburg, Florida authorizing execution of a Deed Modification Agreement with the Lake County Water Authority to modify conditions set out in the deed from the Water Authority to the City, conveying the railroad right of way running South to Flat Island Preserve to include permission for the City to use the right of way for public utility purposes as well as the original recreational trail activities; and providing an effective date. 10.  Resolution of the City Commission of the City of Leesburg, Florida, authorizing the Mayor and City Clerk to execute a contract with n-Dimension for a Cyber Security Assessment and Development of a Cyber Security Plan required by the Department of Energy for the Smart Grid Project; and providing an effective date.
