C.    RESOLUTIONS:

 

1.      A resolution of the City Commission of the City of Leesburg, Florida authorizing the Mayor and City Clerk to execute a Lease Agreement with Pat Hardy for space at Leesburg International Airport; and providing an effective date. (Agenda Memos, Supporting Docs)

 

2.      A resolution of the City Commission of the City of Leesburg, Florida authorizing the Mayor and City Clerk to execute an Agreement For Services with The School Board of Lake County, Florida for extension of the City's fiber optic network; providing an effective date and specifying a completion date. 3.      A resolution of the City Commission of the City of Leesburg, Florida, authorizing the Fire Chief to apply for, and accept if awarded, an Assistance to Firefighters Grant with the Federal Emergency Management Administration to purchase exhaust filtration systems for three Fire stations and purchase three washer/extractors for the cleaning of fire protective gear; and providing an effective date.
