1.      A resolution of the City Commission of the City of Leesburg, Florida authorizing the Mayor and City Clerk to execute a Ground Lease Agreement with Phillips Sales, Inc. d/b/a Phillips Toyota for space at Leesburg International Airport; and providing an effective date. 2.      A resolution of the City Commission of the City of Leesburg, Florida authorizing the Mayor and City Clerk to execute a Consent to Sublease agreement among the City of Leesburg, Adam S. Callow and Exum Aviation, Keith Exum & Russell Brown for space at Leesburg International Airport; and providing an effective date (Agenda Memos, Supporting Docs)

 

3.      A resolution of the City Commission of the City of Leesburg, Florida authorizing the Mayor and City Clerk to execute a Corporate Block Hangar Space Rental Agreement with Antonio Cancel for space at Leesburg International Airport; and providing an effective date. 4.      A resolution of the City Commission of the City of Leesburg,  Florida authorizing the execution of a First Amendment to the Loan Agreement with Wells Fargo Bank, NA, as successor by merger to Wachovia Bank, NA.; and providing an effective date. (Agenda Memos)

 

5.      A resolution of the City Commission of the City of Leesburg, Florida approving policies for the Library for the use of meeting and study rooms, and the Lake County BCC Policy LCC-45 on "Lake County Internet Access Policy" for libraries; and providing an effective date.
