1.      A resolution of the City Commission of the City of Leesburg, Florida authorizing the Mayor and City Clerk to execute a Consent to Sublease agreement among the City of Leesburg, Triangle Aviation, Inc. and Av-Mech, LLC for hangar space at Leesburg International Airport; and providing an effective date. 2.      Resolution of the City Commission of the City of Leesburg, Florida authorizing application and acceptance of a matching grant from the FEMA Assistance to Firefighters' Grant, if funded, for purchase of eight exhaust filter systems for emergency apparatus and three bunker gear extractor machines with $97,742.25 and a City of Leesburg match of $10,860.25, not to exceed $108,602,50; and providing for an effective date.
