1.      Purchase request 44106 by the Information Technology Dept. to Hewlett Packard Company for the purchase of computer network data storage hardware and support totaling $90,216.00. (Agenda Memos)

 

C.    RESOLUTIONS:

 

1.      Resolution of the City Commission of the City of Leesburg, Florida authorizing the Mayor and City Clerk to execute task order no. 13 with Jones Edmunds, Inc., for services related to municipal landfill compliance gas and groundwater monitoring for fiscal year 2011/2012 for $47,800; and providing an effective date. 2.      Resolution of the City Commission of the City of Leesburg, Florida authorizing the Mayor and City Clerk to execute task order no 14 with Jones Edmunds, Inc., for preparation of the Florida Department of Environmental Protection permit renewal application for the City of Leesburg closed landfill for $24,800.00; and providing an effective date. 3.      Resolution of the City Commission of the City of Leesburg, Florida, repealing Resolution 8876, approved July 25, 2011, and authoring the Mayor and City Clerk to execute an Alternative A&G Methodology Agreement with Florida Power Corporation d/b/a Progress Energy Florida, Inc.
