B.     First reading of an ordinance amending the existing residential PUD (Planned Unit Development) zoning for Thomas Baggett to change the permitted uses to allow a private motocross training facility on the east side of County Road 48 for the current US National 250 Champion (Blake Baggett). 3.      First reading of an ordinance rezoning approximately .34 acres generally located on the north side of US Hwy 441 and west of Blossom Lane, from County R-6 (Urban Residential) to C-3 (Highway Commercial) and providing an effective date. 1.      Resolution establishing the Special Events Venue Area for the 17th Annual Leesburg Bikefest, taking place from April 26 through April 28, 2013 (Agenda Memos)
