B.     RESOLUTIONS:

 

1.      A resolution of the City Commission of the City of Leesburg, Florida authorizing the Mayor and City Clerk to execute Change Order #3 to the contract between the City of Leesburg and Compton-Peachee Construction, Inc. for the corporate block hangar project at the Leesburg Regional Airport; and providing an effective date. 2.      A resolution of the City Commission of the City  of Leesburg, Florida, authorizing the Mayor and  City Clerk to execute the Fourth Amendment of the Depository Trust agreement necessary to conform the City's depository account, maintained for the benefit of Florida  Gas Utility, to the latest requirements for the amount of the deposit to be held in escrow; and providing an effective date. 3.      A resolution of the City Commission of the City of Leesburg, Florida, authorizing the Mayor and City Clerk to execute an agreement with Lake County, Florida to provide Leased Fiber Optic services between 8130 County Road 44 Leg A (Comcast) and 13130 County Landfill Road; and providing an effective date. 4.      A resolution of the City Commission of the City of Leesburg, Florida, authorizing the Mayor and City Clerk to execute a Contract for Sale and Purchase with C & C Peat Company, Inc. for property located within the City's Turnpike Wastewater Treatment Facility currently leased on which C & C Peat Co., Inc has exercised an option to purchase; and providing an effective date.
