1.      A resolution of the City Commission of the City of Leesburg, Florida, repealing Personnel Policy Number 311 (Vacation) and Policy Number 227.0 (Sick Leave And Sick Bank); Amending Personnel Policy Number 810 (Employee Separation); and adopting Personnel Policy Number 311 Paid Time Off (PTO); and providing an effective date. 2.      A resolution of the City Commission of the City of Leesburg, Florida, authorizing Amendment No. 6 to provide a three-year a contract extension with Hewitt Power and Communications, Inc., Okahumpka, Florida, for underground utility installation; and providing an effective date. 3.      A resolution of the City Commission of the City of Leesburg, Florida authorizing the Mayor and City Clerk to execute Amendment No. 4 to provide a three-year a contract extension with Superior Asphalt of Central Florida, Inc., Mount Dora, Florida for public works related, on call pavement and sidewalk maintenance and repairs: and providing an effective date. 4.      A resolution of the City Commission of the City of Leesburg, Florida, authorizing the Mayor and City Clerk to submit a Tree City USA application for recertification to the National Arbor Day Foundation for the purpose of renewing the City of Leesburg's Designation as a Tree City USA; and providing an effective date. 5.      A resolution of the City Commission of the City of Leesburg, Florida, authorizing the Mayor and City Clerk to execute an agreement between the City of Leesburg and the State of Florida, Department of Transportation, to provide for funding by the Department of Landscaping Improvements to be made by the City along Highway 441 between College Drive and Mills Street; and providing an effective date. 6.      A resolution of the City Commission of the City of Leesburg, Florida, authorizing the Mayor and City Clerk to execute  a Satisfaction of Mortgage for Estelle Myers for the purpose of satisfying a mortgage given to secure a Housing Rehabilitation Loan; and providing an effective date. 7.      A resolution of the City Commission of the City of Leesburg, Florida, authorizing the Mayor and City Clerk to execute a Satisfaction of Mortgage for Tommie and Leola Jordan for the purpose of satisfying a mortgage given to secure a Housing Rehabilitation Loan; and providing an effective date. 8.      A resolution of the City Commission of the City of Leesburg, Florida authorizing the Mayor and City Clerk to extend the agreement for a one year term with All American Aquatics Company for Aquatic Vegetation Control pursuant to bid #LB-04-04; and providing an effective date.
