1.      A resolution of the City Commission of the City of Leesburg authorizing the Mayor and City Clerk to execute Amendment Two extending the lease agreement between the City of Leesburg and Paul's Marine Services for the purpose of providing watercraft repair services for the Venetian Cove Marina; and providing an effective date. 2.      A resolution of the City Commission of the City of Leesburg, Florida authorizing the Mayor and City Clerk to execute an agreement with the Wekiva River Mitigation Bank, LLC for wetland mitigation related to the Runway 13/31 extension project at Leesburg International Airport; and providing an effective date.
