C.     RESOLUTIONS:

 

1.      A resolution of the City Commission of the City of Leesburg, Florida, authorizing the Mayor and City Clerk to execute an agreement between the City of Leesburg and Lake Marine for the purpose of providing watercraft repair services for the Venetian Cove Marina and providing an effective date. 2.      A resolution of the City Commission of the City of Leesburg, Florida authorizing the Mayor and City Clerk to execute Work Order #10 with Hanson Professional Services, Inc. for construction administration related to the extension of Runway 13 and associated parallel Taxiway A; and providing an effective date. 3.      A resolution of the City Commission of the City of Leesburg, Florida, authorizing the Mayor and City Clerk to execute an agreement between the City of Leesburg and Hewitt Contracting, Inc. for construction services to extend runway 13 at the Leesburg International Airport; and providing an effective date. 4.      A resolution of the City Commission of the City of Leesburg, Florida, authorizing the Mayor and City Clerk to execute a settlement agreement with Progress Energy Florida, Inc. for refund from an audit of CR3 administrative and general expenses from January 1, 2002 through December 31, 2005; and providing an effective date. 5.      A resolution of the City Commission of the City of Leesburg, Florida, authorizing the Mayor and City Clerk to execute an agreement between the City of Leesburg and Zoll Data Systems, Inc. for the purchase, installation, and maintenance of computer software for mobile computer terminals in the Fire Department; and providing an effective date. 6.      A resolution of the City of Leesburg, Florida authorizing the Mayor and City Clerk to execute an amended agreement between the City of Leesburg and the Lake County School Board for the First Amended Interlocal Agreement for School Facilities Planning and Siting; and providing an effective date. 7.      A resolution of the City of Leesburg, Florida, accepting and approving a plat of Hidden Harbor Townhomes, a subdivision in a R-1 (Low Density Residential) District with a PDO (Planned Development Overlay) district,  within the City of Leesburg, Florida, generally located east of U.S. 27 and west of Lake Harris, lying in Sections 2 and 11, Township 20 South, Range 24 East; and accepting and dedicating to the use of the public any easements or public places shown thereon as being dedicated to the public; and providing an effective date. 8.      A resolution of the City of Leesburg, Florida, accepting and approving a plat of Royal Oak Estates, Sixth Addition, a subdivision in an R-2 (Medium Density Residential) district with a Conditional Use Permit for a PUD (Planned Unit Development), within the City of Leesburg, Florida, generally located south of South Street (SR 44) and east of Casteen Road, lying in Section 28, Township 19 South, Range 24 East; and accepting and dedicating to the use of the public any easements or public places shown thereon as being dedicated to the public; and providing an effective date. D.    Berean Baptist Church Properties annexation and rezoning

 

1.      First reading of an ordinance annexing approximately 6.05 acres south of C.R. 48, east of U.S. 27 in Section 13-20-24, (Berean Baptist Church) (Agenda Memos, Supporting Docs)

 

2.      First reading of an ordinance amending the Comprehensive Plan, changing the Future Land Use Map designation of approximately 6.05  acres generally located east of U.S. Highway 27, on the south side of C.R. 48 in Section 13-20-24, from County Urban Expansion to City Low Density Residential(Berean Baptist Church). 3.      First reading of an ordinance amending the zoning of approximately 6.05 acres generally located on the south side of CR48, approximately one mile west of the intersection of CR 48 and US 27, in Section 13-20-24 from County A (Agriculture) to PUD (Planned Unit Development) zoning, subject to conditions contained in Exhibit A.
