1.      A resolution of the City Commission of the City of Leesburg authorizing the Mayor and the City Clerk to execute an agreement amendment extending the performance period with Jones Edmunds and Associates established by resolution 8102 to engineering services for the Whispering Pines Stormwater Basin project; and providing an effective date. 2.      A resolution of the City Commission of the City of Leesburg authorizing the Mayor and the City Clerk to execute an agreement amendment extending the performance period with Jones Edmunds and Associates established by resolution 8109 for the Automatic Emergency Feed Valve Design and Construction project; and providing an effective date. 3.      A resolution of the City Commission of the City of Leesburg authorizing the Mayor and the City Clerk to execute an agreement with Electric Services Incorporated (ESI) for construction services related to airfield lighting improvements at the Leesburg International Airport; and providing an effective date.
