1.      Purchase requisition number 40840 to Hewitt Power & Communications for construction services related to utility relocation for the FDOT Highway 441 widening project. (Agenda Memos)

1.      A resolution of the City Commission of the City of Leesburg, Florida authorizing the Leesburg Police Department, to apply for and accept, if awarded, a "COPS" grant of $306,960om the U.S. Department of Justice to preserve and fill vacant positions within the department; and providing an effective date. 2.      A resolution of the City Commission of the City of Leesburg authorizing the Mayor and City Clerk to execute an agreement with Jerome’s Masonry, Inc. for construction services to renovate the old library building; and providing an effective date. (Agenda Memos)

A.    A resolution of the City Commission of the City of Leesburg, Florida authorizing the Mayor and City Clerk to execute Change Order 1 to an agreement established by resolution 8363 on 1/12/09 with Utility Technicians, Inc. to rehabilitate a hydropneumatic tank system; and providing an effective date. B.     A resolution of the City Commission of the City of Leesburg, Florida authorizing the Mayor and City Clerk to execute Change Order 2 to an agreement established by resolution 8363 on 1/12/09 with Utility Technicians, Inc. to rehabilitate a hydropneumatic tank system; and providing an effective date. 4.      A resolution of the City Commission of the City of Leesburg, Florida, authorizing the Mayor and City Clerk to execute a License Agreement for the Z-Coffee, Inc. for use of the 250 sq. ft. of the public sidewalk in front of 100 E.
