1.      A Resolution of the City of Leesburg Florida authorizing the Leesburg Police Department to apply for the JAG Stimulus 2009 Grant of $57,792.33 to supplement overtime cost to combat increasing crime problems and purchase necessary traffic safety equipment, accept the grant, and provide signing authority; and providing an effective date. 2.      A resolution of the City Commission of the City of Leesburg, Florida authorizing the Mayor and City Clerk to authorize a second Amendment to an existing agreement with Atlantic.Net, Inc. to provide fractional DS-3 internet access on behalf of the City; and providing an effective date.
