Teen Tech Week: Duct Tape Cell Phone Carrying Case

As part of YALSA's Teen Tech Week, teens can come in and make a new cell phone carrying case, or wallet, or bag, or basically anything creative with duct tape. The Leesburg Library has designs for just about anything!
