Cancellation Information Programs may be cancelled due to low enrollment and or weather. Anyone on the roster will be contacted if an activity or program is cancelled. Otherwise please contact our office staff.

Season’s Season’s brochures are created three times a year and will be available in our office as well as other locations throughout the City for pick-up.

• Generate a refund. If you need a refund please contact the Parks and Recreation Department staff at (352) 728-9885 for assistance. Please allow 10-14 days for the check to be processed and mailed.
• Transfer to another activity/program. If you accidentally sign up for the wrong activity or decide to change activities, please contact the Parks and Recreation Department staff at (352) 728-9885 for assistance.

Scholarships are available through generous donations, click here for the form. Print, complete, and bring all information requested (listed on the back of the form) to the Parks and Recreation Department for processing.
